District Walking Scorer Information

Thanks to all the parents who have generously & graciously taken on the scoring duties during sub-district play. Now that we have advanced to the District Championship it is very important that everyone lends a helping hand, perhaps score twice or help with other duties. Parents don’t have to watch every stroke :>  Please let Jim or Jennifer know if you would be willing to help more than your share so that the Director’s job is easier! Even grandparents can help!

Walkers for both age groups are needed to help on Tuesday, you can see we are short help, so please if you have not walked more than twice during the season this is the time to step up!

Please don’t let the same parents step forward how about some people that have not walked three times help this time:>

District Helpers Information

Special thanks goes out to my very generous, expert helpers at registration, attesting & scoreboards without you we would not have a tournament.

Day 1 times are accurate but Day 2 times will change due to the flipping of tee times. Help time is always scheduled around your child’s playing time. If for any reason you wish to scoot away and watch do not hesitate to do so. Also if anyone wished to step in and help it is always needed.

District Tee Time Information (2 day format)

Players have a posted tee time for Monday

Tuesday players will be flipped with the following playing in this order.

7:30 #1    8-11 boys& girls

7:30 #10 12-13 boys & girls

                14-15 girls & boys

                16-17 girls & boys

Specific tee times will be available 30 minutes after the age group finishes on Monday, you have the option to stick around to see your tee time or check later Monday evening to see it posted on the web site (after 8:00 PM)

Absolutely NO PHONE CALLS FOR TEE TIMES please be considerate!

Awards will follow each age group (boys & girls combined) Please be a good sport and stay for the age group awards.

State Invitations/entry form will be handed out at that time.

No one will get it early, do not ask, beg or plead :>

Every player must submit payment upon the receipt of the invitation at the tournament site. Bring your check or money! Do not leave. Follow up phone calls will not be made.

Money due at the conclusion of the tournament on Tuesday

Christie & Brian Clapp for helping coordinate the treats for our District tournament. They are very special to step forward to coordinate parents to help make the District Championship an extra special event! Thanks to every parent that has donated treats for the kids!!!!!

If you did not get a call then please feel free to bring some type of treat for the players…. 16-17 age group parents are especially needed to help contribute.
